  • Website refers to MEHRAAV.

Return & Refund Eligibility

At MEHRAAV, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences.

However, refunds are only applicable in case of damaged products, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • A clear unboxing video must be provided as proof
  • The video must clearly show the package being opened and the damage

Without a proper unboxing video, refund requests will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
  • The amount will be credited using the original payment method
  • No additional charges will be applied for the refund

 

Order Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing has begun.

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift:

  • Refund (if applicable) will be issued as a store credit or gift value
